MOTORHOME LOT FOR RENT
This motorhome site is located in the White Mountains of Arizona. It is in the White Mountain Vacation Village , a very nice upscale area for RV sites and park models in the city of Show Low. The site is at the boundary of the village, adjacent to the National Forest.
SITE PICTURES
There is a level concrete pad big enough for a 45'+ motorhome. Full hookups are provided with 50/30/20 amp electrical service, water and sewer. These services are located on the left of the site as shown in the picture and since there is no access to the front of the site, this means it is difficult to use as a trailer site.
The paved portion of the pad is approximately 21' wide at the front and 42' at the street. The length from front to street is about 76'. There is a decomposed granite area to the right of about 9' width and in the front, a semicircular area of about 15' in depth. This area in front has a nice picnic table. The entire site is about 43' at the street and 74' at the front with an average depth of about 103'.
We use satellite TV and Internet and can access all the satellites from 110W to 129W. Calculated azimuth and elevation angles also indicate that 99W and 101W are accessible.

Availability is determined by when we plan on using the site. We usually use it early in the summer, late April/early May, and then again at the end of the summer starting around mid September. If someone wants to use it at a time that might conflict with these times, please contact us as we do not always use these times. The site is available for rent between these periods during the summer. Payment is required in advance.
Actually the site is available for rent year round. The problem is that the roads in the village are plowed but the site is not cleared and could be full of snow.

DIRECTIONS FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE
From the intersection of Hwy's 60 and 260 in Show Low, Follow Hwy 260 (also know as White Mountain Rd) south about 3.0 miles. Watch out for the photo radar just past the signal at Woolford! You should be in the left lane at this point. As you approach the White Mountain Vacation Village you will see a sign on the left for "American Fence" and as you proceed a bit further you will see a small hill with OHV tracks on the right. At this point you are very close to the left turn into the village. You will make the turn from a wide gore in the middle of the road.
For those coming up Hwy 260 from the south... You will pass Walmart and then the Summit Healthcare on your right. After that you will pass a traffic signal and then a Jack In The Box on your right. The right turn into the village is immediately after you pass the end of this strip mall. It comes up very quickly, so be ready!
As you turn into the entrance follow the yellow path on this map. Note that this seems to be an
around about route but it is necessary because of the one-way streets in the village. This route is also the only way to get
a straight-in approach to the site with your motorhome.
